Like many people, I want to get fitter. Jogging is obviously an option, but I find it very tedious and boring. So I choose to ride my bike instead of run. Is this better, or worse for me? What can I do?

I just moved to Milwaukee and had a chance to peek in the Bayshore LA Fitness. I didn’t have time to tour it so I didn’t get any membership quotes. Does anyone have a membership there and can let me know the membership fees?

I am a normal teenager but I don’t really play sports besides horseback riding (2-3 days a week). I still want to be fit, but I honestly hate running or doing really hard workouts. I love to take walks though, and I was wondering how much walking can really help fitness (I do it every day). Can I just take walks to stay healthy or should I be doing more?

Also add in the employees that are covered fully now and pay no part whatsoever of their Health Insurance. Why shouldn’t they share in the pain instead of telling us it’s Festivus for the Restivus?
