How should health data be categorized to identify trends and differences in our citizens?

What are the differences between the 3 different health care bills?
Some of the confusion about whether “the bill” provides for this or that, or if it covers abortion or illegal aliens comes from the fact there are 3 different bills.
So I want to know more about them, and if there is one version the Dems are pushing more than the others.

I just noticed that not drinking alot of water for the longest time since I can remember has been damaging my health. I think this is why I have so little energy
I plan to start drinking more water, what differences should I see in my health afterward?
