Right im 16 years of age. I love hockey but after the match i have hardly any energy Left. I don’t smoke or take drugs. I was wondering what type of training should i do to get faster, stamina and endurance up, i get teddies fast. I take a lot of flax seed and it makes me tired.
I soak some each night for 10-12 hours before having with my cereal, and I also mix flax meal powder into my juice once a day.
I’m vegan and this is for me the easiest way to get fats into my diet.
