I am currently working with our district as a swim instructor but their are no benefits and I currently do not have any health insurance, so it would be great if I could find a place to coach/teach where I would also receive health benefits. If you have ideas of places that do or if you know whether Life Time Fitness does do benefits for their swim instructors please let me know. It would be a big help.

I am very, very skinny compared with my friends. It gets embarrassing each time we take a shower after football training. A lot of them stand 6′ or taller, me being a short 5′10, plus they are all muscular people. I want to gain muscle, but Fitness First is a bit too expensive I don’t have any income anyway. Is it possible to work out at home? If so, how?
