Its winter and my friend and i, are starting to go to Planet Fitness. We are very very white and want to get tan. were 14 is that old enough?

I have the option of buying a 10yr old Life Fitness 9500 front drive unit elliptical from a resale supplier (bought it off of a gym or college). I am unsure how long these commercial ellipticals typically last, so I don’t know if buying a 10yr old elliptical is a wise decision. Help!

I want to get a membership, I have some leftover corn detasseling money, and my mom said she would pay the rest if I’m old enough.
But does anyone know what the minimum age is to join at Total Fitness?
Or any other gyms in Ontario?

I never watch the news, so I have no idea what it is, but I was talking to my mom who works for unicare and she makes over $70K a yr. and she is very worried about obama’s health care initiative. What is it, and how will it affect her job?

I am in Track & Field and throughout my Christmas vacation, I haven’t been doing any hard workouts like my coach always gives the team. Does two weeks of lack of exercises really affect your fitness level by alot?

I am doing a health project in my Senior health class and i am trying to decipher which subject should i disscuss. I have some ideas but i want to don’t wan’t to do something that is broing or repetitve(as in something people here about everyday such as AIDs or food)

I have had people ask me about modeling before. And just recently had some one make me an offer to help me put together a portfolio and possible get into fitness shows. I probably do not have the kinda time I need. But was curious if any one else had been involved in either modeling or fitness shows and could tell me their experience on the time investment. I am already in very good shape but sure I need work.

I’ve been planning to start a fitness regime for some time now.

My son is on a feeding tube due to a small bowel transplant he received last year. My husband and I are returning to a full work schedule and our health insurance (Tricare) does not cover a nurse for him, or special daycare because his only special need is the feeding tube and the medication he receives through it. Apparently that’s not enough. So is there a good company that I can purchase insurance through who will cover these types of things for him?
